MAR 105

This class, being my main bio class my first semester of college, had a lot of work and projects. One such project that we did was called a Turbo Lab which in essence is a study that is added to a big database of animal information. For this project I had to collect information on Rock Crabs, or Cancer irroratus, in order to continue to update the information in the database every year. These crabs live any where from Iceland down towards South Carolina, and can live at depths from the shore to 2,600 ft below. These crabs can be easily distinguished by their serrated front edge to their shell, and the brownish-purple dots that are seen on the topside of the shell.
